  1. Terms of delivery

Croci sends orders to anywhere in Italy.

For each order received and confirmed, Croci issues a commercial document or accompanying invoice. For the issue of such documents, all the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order will be used.

After the issue of the fiscal document it will not be possible to make changes to the related header.

Croci will not handle the shipment directly. It will be entrusted to a professional carrier and Croci cannot be held responsible for any delay on the part of the courier or regarding any other unforeseeable event.

What to do on delivery

When the courier delivers the goods,the customer shall check that:

  • the number of packages corresponds to the number specified on the courier’s delivery note;
  • the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise tampered with, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape).

Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately reported to the courier, writing on the courier’s proof of delivery (specifying the reason, eg ‘damaged packaging – laundry’, ‘crushed packaging’, etc.).

Any problems concerning the integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 calendar days, with a specific message by email [email protected]

Nel caso di mancato recapito per assenza del destinatario,In case of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient at the address indicated by them in the order, the courier will leave a notice and try again a second time. If the recipient is still absent, the goods – after 10 days of storage – will be automatically returned to Croci spa.

  1. Shipping costs

Shipping can have three different cost thresholds based on the amount of the order:

  • FREE FOR ORDERS EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN €29.99 orders of €29.99
  • € 4.90 for orders up to €29.98

The shipment usually takes from 1 to 3 working days (depending on the destination area) from collection at our warehouses. In particular periods of the year, during the main holidays, delivery times may be longer.

  1. Payment method

The customer can make the payment with one of the methods listed below:

  • Credit card: in cases of purchase of goods with credit card payment methods, the credit card will be debited at the same time the order is processed.
  • Payment cash on delivery: cash on delivery of the package. Cheques are not accepted. In addition to shipping costs (of €4.90 and due only if the order amount is less than €29.99 ) you will have to pay a contribution of €3.00. Please give the money directly to the delivery person and prepare the amount due to make payment easier and avoid problems with change. Cash on delivery payment is possible with orders up to €999.

  1. Goods not received

If you do not receive the goods within a week after receiving the email confirming shipment, please email our customer service at [email protected] or call +39 329 753 4632 (Monday to Saturday from 9am to 12pm and from 3pm to 6pm).

  1. Right of withdrawal / return

Pursuant to Art. 52 and following of Italian Legislative Decree 206/05 the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract.

To exercise this right, the customer, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods, must contact CROCI by email at [email protected] or by writing on WhatsApp at + 39 329 753 4632 – providing order number and details.

If the goods are to be returned, Croci will, pursuant to paragraph 3 of Article 56 of the Consumer Code, arrange for their collection from the customer’s address and subsequently, after checking by the warehouse, credit the amount paid.

Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Art. 56 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/05, Croci Spa will reimburse all payments received from the customer without undue delay and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days from the notification of withdrawal. In the event of the return of the goods, Croci shall, pursuant to paragraph 3 of Article 56 of the Consumer Code, credit the customer with the amount only after the return of the goods and only after verifying their integrity. The refund will be made in the same manner in which the customer made the payment. In case of bank transfer, it will be the customer’s responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (IBAN and current account holder), if different from those with which the payment was made. In case of payment by PayPal or credit card, the refund will be made on the same card used for the purchase. Croci spa has no power to intervene regarding the re-credit times which are at the discretion of the reference bank.

The right of withdrawal is still subject to the following conditions:

  • the right applies to product purchased in its entirety. You can not exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased;
  • the purchased goods must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all parts (otherwise, pursuant to paragraph 2 of Article 57 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/05, the customer will be responsible for any decrease in the value of goods due to handling of the same different from that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of goods);

Upon its arrival at our warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport.

If a purchased good – within the two-year guarantee period – shows itself to be non-compliant and manifests a manufacturing defect or is damaged during delivery, we will activate the return of goods.

Upon return to our warehouse, after a technical check, a full refund of the value of the product will be granted.

If the goods do not meet the consumer’s expectations (order error), it is possible to request their return at a cost of €5.00, which will be deducted from the refund of the total value.

Croci Spa will be responsible for providing all detailed instructions for arranging the return of goods, which will take place exclusively through our courier

  1. Guarantees

All products sold by Croci are covered by the manufacturer’s conventional warranty, where applicable, and by the 24 (twenty-four) month warranty for conformity defects, pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 206/05. To use the guarantee, the customer must keep the purchase document.

The 24-month guarantee pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 206/05 shall apply to a product presenting a lack of conformity, provided that the product itself is used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and any accompanying technical report.

This guarantee is for private consumers only. In the event of a lack of conformity, Croci will restore the product’s conformity at no cost to the customer by replacing the product with a new one or, if out of stock, a refund.

In cases where the application of the guarantees provides for the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts.

Croci is not liable for damages, of any nature whatsoever, deriving from the use of the product improperly and/or not in compliance with the manufacturer’s instructions, as well as any damage deriving from unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure.

The refund will be made in the same manner in which the customer made the payment. In case of bank transfer, it will be the customer’s responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (IBAN and current account holder), if different from those with which the payment was made.

In case of payment by PayPal or credit card, the refund will be made on the same card used for the purchase.

Croci has no power to intervene concerning the timing of re-credit, which is at the discretion of the bank of reference.
