  • 1. Delivery conditions:
Croci sends orders throughout Italy.
For each order received and confirmed, Croci issues a commercial document or accompanying invoice. For the issuing of these documents, all the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order will prevail.
After issuing the tax document it will not be possible to make changes to the related heading.
Croci will not directly take care of the shipment, it will be entrusted to a professional carrier and no responsibility can be attributed to Croci in the event of a delay by the courier or in relation to any other unforeseeable event.
  • 2. How to behave upon delivery:
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check that:
  • The number of packages corresponds to what is indicated on the courier's bulletin;
  • The packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape).
  • Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately reported to the courier, placing a specific written control reserve on the courier's proof of delivery (specifying the reason, e.g. "damaged packaging - holes" , “crushed packaging”, etc.).

Once the courier document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any further objections regarding the external characteristics of what has been received.
Any problems relating to the integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 calendar days, with a specific message via e-mail shop@croci.net.

In the event of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient, at the address indicated in the order, the courier will leave a notice and try again a second time; if the recipient is still absent, the goods - after 10 days of storage - will be automatically returned to Croci spa.
    • 3. Shipping costs
      FREE for orders of an amount equal to or greater than €39.90; €7.90 for orders up to €39.89.

        Shipping usually takes 1 to 3 working days (depending on the destination area) from collection at our warehouses. In particular periods of the year, around major holidays, delivery times may be longer.

        • 4. Payment methods

          The customer can make the payment due by choosing one of the methods listed below:

          • Credit card: in cases of purchase of goods with credit card payment method, the credit card will be charged at the same time as the order is processed.
          • Cash on delivery: takes place in cash upon delivery of the package. Checks are not accepted. In addition to shipping costs (equal to 4.90 euros and due only if the order amount is less than €29.99) you will have to pay a contribution of €3.00. Please hand the money directly to the deliveryman and prepare the amount due to facilitate payment and avoid problems with change. Cash on delivery is possible with orders of a maximum amount of €999.

          • Afterpay – “If you buy with Afterpay you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV Srl, related parties and their transferees, and that you authorize such transfer.”
          • 5. Goods not received

            If you do not receive the goods within a week of receiving the shipping confirmation email, contact our customer service by email at info@croci.net or by calling +39 329 753 4632 (from Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 12.30 and from 1.30pm to 5.30pm).

            • 6. Right of withdrawal / return

              Pursuant to the articles. 52 and following of Legislative Decree 206/05, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract.

              To exercise this right, the customer, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods, must contact CROCI via e-mail at shop@croci.net or by writing on WhatsApp to the number + 39 329 753 4632 - providing the number order and details.

              In the event that the return of the goods is envisaged, Croci will, pursuant to paragraph 3 of the art. 56 of the Consumer Code, to activate the collection at the customer's address and subsequently, after checking by the warehouse, to credit the amount spent.

              Pursuant to paragraph 1 of the art. 56 of Legislative Decree 206/05, Croci Spa will proceed to reimburse all payments received from the customer without undue delay and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days from notification of withdrawal. In the event that the return of the goods is envisaged, Croci will, pursuant to paragraph 3 of the art. 56 of the Consumer Code, to credit the customer with the amount only after returning the goods and only after having verified their integrity. The refund will take place using the same methods with which the Customer made the payment. In the case of a bank transfer, it will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (IBAN and current account holder), if different from those with which the payment was made. If paying via PayPal or credit card, the refund will be made to the same card used for the purchase. Croci spa has no power to intervene regarding the crediting times which are at the discretion of the relevant banking institution.

              The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:

              • The right applies to the product purchased in its entirety, it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product;
              • The purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (otherwise, pursuant to paragraph 2 of art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/05, the customer will be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from a manipulation of the same other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods);

                Upon arrival at our warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.

                In the event that a purchased good is - within the two-year warranty period - non-compliant and shows a production defect or is delivered damaged during delivery, we will activate the goods return procedure.
                Upon return to our warehouse, after technical verification, a full refund of the value of the product will be granted.
                In the event of goods not conforming to the consumer's expectations (order error), it will be possible to request a return of goods at a cost of EURO 5.00 which will be deducted from the refund of the total value.

                Croci Spa will be responsible for giving all the precise instructions to prepare the return of the goods, which will be activated exclusively via our courier.

                • 7. Guarantees

                All products sold by Croci are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty, where present, and by the 24 (twenty-four) month warranty for defects of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/05. To benefit from warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the purchase document.

                The 24 month guarantee pursuant to Legislative Decree. 206/05 applies to the product that presents a lack of conformity, provided that the product itself is used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and in any attached technical report.

                This guarantee is reserved for private consumers. In the event of a lack of conformity, Croci will, at no cost to the Customer, restore the conformity of the product by replacing the product with a new one or, in the event of stock exhaustion, refunding it.
                In cases where the application of the guarantees requires the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts.
                Defects of conformity may be reported, with the same methods applicable for the right of withdrawal, to the address shop@croci.net or alternatively, to the number + 39 329 753 4632

                Croci is not responsible in case of damage, of any nature, deriving from use of the product in an improper manner and/or not in compliance with the instructions provided by the manufacturer as well as in case of damage deriving from unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure.

                The refund will take place using the same methods with which the Customer made the payment. In the case of a bank transfer, it will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (IBAN and current account holder), if different from those with which the payment was made.
                If paying via PayPal or credit card, the refund will be made to the same card used for the purchase.

                Croci has no power to intervene regarding the crediting times which are at the discretion of the relevant banking institution.
